 RESONANCE APPARATUS

 

For experimental determination of the wave length and velocity of sound in air by locating resonance positions of an air column.
Consists of a graduated neutral glass tube ( l x d), 900 x 25mm, connected by a rubber tubing and pinch cock to an aluminum water reservoir, securely mounted to a metal support. The reservoir can be raised or lowered for adjusting the length of the air column. A tuning fork is required. (not supplied).
